How to choose your CBD oil?
The dosage
Each person reacts differently to CBD, depending on their sensitivities and morphology. It’s best to start with a low concentration and then judge whether the effect is sufficient; if not, you’ll probably have to switch to a higher concentration.
The difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum
The difference lies in whether or not THC is present.
In Full Spectrum oils, THC is present at less than 1% (legal threshold in Switzerland), while in Broad Spectrum oils, THC has been removed, thus guaranteeing you a THC-free oil.
It is important to note that the presence of THC at less than 1% allows the components of the oil to be activated optimally; this is what is called the synergy effect.
