Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
When placing an order on the aife.ch website, the customer declares that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and expressly accepts them without reservation. By accepting these GTC, the customer certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
Products
The information contained in this site is not intended to replace medical advice. Consequently, there can be no question of medical prescriptions and/or indications. The action of CBD products can vary from person to person. It is therefore recommended that new consumers start with products with a light to medium CBD content.
Price
Prices quoted on our website and in store are in Swiss francs, including VAT and tobacco tax where applicable.
Purchases and orders
On our online store, with delivery by parcel post, depending on the option chosen at the time of ordering.
Product availability
Our obligation to deliver shall be null and void in the event of our own suppliers’ failure to supply or failure to meet delivery deadlines, insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to aife.ch. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment terms
Internet orders: payment by Postfinance Postcard / payment or bank transfer. aife.ch may cancel or suspend a customer’s order if we have good reason to believe that the customer is acting with fraudulent intent.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (Powerpay)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “Payment on invoice” payment type as an independent payment service provider. The order invoice simply allows you to pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay on time, you will receive a retroactive monthly invoice with an overview of the order the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice receivable and handles the payment arrangements. In the case of purchase against invoice, you accept the following terms and conditions in addition to our GTC.

Delivery
Postal items are delivered according to the option chosen when ordering and the country selected. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as the order amount has been credited to the aife.ch account and the package is ready for shipment.
Shipping time begins upon receipt of payment until the package is shipped.
It is not possible to order from abroad.
Deadlines
The processing time is 2 to 3 working days following receipt of payment for your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). As well as the desired mail speed (Economy or Priority). The delivery time depends solely on the postal service and the shipping options chosen at the time of ordering. The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by LA POSTE.
Tracking
Packages are always sent with postal tracking, an email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Security with guarantee
Our packages are neutral and discreet. At no point is the name of the store mentioned, and the packages are hermetically sealed.
Return or exchange of goods
In principle, items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, aife.ch will issue an exchange voucher of equivalent value to that of the product purchased on the express condition that the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened or unopened. Each request will be examined on a case-by-case basis, without obligation on the part of aife.ch.

No customer data is passed on by aife.ch to third-party companies. The data collected is limited to the following information: First and last name, date of birth, gender, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment methods, products ordered or purchased in store, sales per customer (customer loyalty).
RESPONSIBILITIES Aife.ch cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from improper use of the products marketed by aife.ch.
Right of revocation
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the ordered products to the sender within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the product has not been consumed or opened. We take great care in packaging our products so that they arrive in perfect condition. The revocation must be sent to Aïfé Sàrl, rue du Simplon 20, 1006 Lausanne.
The exercise of the right of return by the customer entails a liquidation relationship, according to which the services received under the sales contract must be returned by and to each of the parties. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
The purchase price is refunded to the customer upon receipt of the goods within 10 days.
Aïfé Sàrl reserves the right to deduct from the purchase price to be reimbursed or to charge compensation for possible damage, misuse or, in the event of agreement, the costs of sending the goods. No deduction will be made from the purchase price to be refunded if the loss of value has been caused by handling necessary to ascertain the type, condition and operation of the goods. Aïfé Sàrl may refuse reimbursement until receipt of the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever is the earlier.
The right of return is excluded for the following products: All products not stamped Aïfé Sàrl are non-refundable but exchangeable if the product received is defective.
Modification of the general conditions
Aife.ch reserves the right to unilaterally modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. However, the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase and/or order shall be decisive for the customer.
