Droit de révocation

L’usage du droit de retour par le client entraîne un rapport de liquidation, selon lequel les prestations reçues dans le cadre du contrat de vente doivent être restituées par et chacune des parties. Les frais de renvoi sont à la charge du client.

Le prix d’achat est remboursé au client dès réception de la marchandise dans un délai de 10 jours.
Aïfé Sàrl se réserve le droit de déduire du prix d’achat à rembourser ou de facturer une compensation pour d’éventuelles détériorations, une utilisation abusive ou en cas d’accord les frais d’envoi de la marchandise. Aucune déduction ne sera opérée sur le prix d’achat à rembourser si la perte de valeur a été causée par une manipulation nécessaire à constater le type, l’état et le fonctionnement de la marchandise. Aïfé Sàrl peut refuser le remboursement jusqu’à réception du retour de la marchandise ou jusqu’à ce que le client ait apporté la preuve de son renvoi, en fonction de la date la plus antérieure.

Le droit de retour est exclu pour les produits suivants : Tous les produits non estampillés Aïfé Sàrl ne sont pas remboursable mais échangeable si le produit reçu est défectueux.
