The effect of CBD

According to a study conducted at the Institut du Cerveau in Paris in 2019, “CBD exerts its anti-inflammatory action via a dual inhibitory effect vis-à-vis oxidative stress and glucose metabolism”. In other words, CBD has an anti-inflammatory effect. According to the classification of cosmetic ingredients developed by CosIng and INCI, CBD has other interesting effects for athletes. Indeed, on the CBD page of the INCI website, we can see that CBD is said to possess antioxidant, anti-seborrhea, skin maintenance and skin protection effects.
