Essential oils and their effects

As mentioned above, this cream contains various essential oils, each with interesting characteristics for athletes.

Lavender essential oil

Lavender essential oil contains 30 to 40% Linalool. This molecule is said to have analgesic, soothing and healing properties. Lavender essential oil calms muscular tension and excitement (cramps…) and helps you fall asleep. This essential oil also provides a feeling of well-being by toning the skin. Finally, lavender extract has a relaxing effect on muscles, enabling rapid relaxation and recovery.

Alpinium’s relaxing cream also contains pure linalool to reinforce the effects of this lavender oil.

Jojoba essential oil

Jojoba oil extract is a liquid oil that softens and moisturizes the skin. This essential oil can be applied directly to the skin, to create a fine protective lipid membrane without the greasy feel. Jojoba is often used to treat acne or skin problems in general for its skin care properties. Jojoba essential oil is also an emollient that softens and smoothes the skin.

Cocoa Butter

Shea butter
